Davis Brown was formed out of Davis & Co and Batty Stevens Good, both practices being incorporated within the Royal Sun Alliance Property Services. Davis Brown became an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors in London in 1998 and has roots going back to 1901. We therefore have a considerable depth of local knowledge in the property market. We are commercial property agents in London and we offer residential property services as we are estate agents in W1, Fitzrovia, Covent Garden and surrounding areas.
